We offer highly specialized services, and are Out-of-Network for most insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance carrier or benefits administrator regarding out-of-network benefits, particularly if your network has a deficiency regarding providers experienced with hypermobility syndromes such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.  Please call for additional information.


WORKMAN’S COMPENSATION:

We are not accepting new patients with L&I claims.


MEDICARE:

We treat Medicare patients out-of-network, but are not contracted providers for Medicare.


MEDICAID:

We are not contracted providers for Medicaid.
